A new chapter at Bioracer deserved a special bike. To celebrate the appointment of Stefan Venken as the company's new CEO, Belgian Cycling Factory presented him with a one-of-a-kind Ridley Noah Fast in an exclusive custom design. More than just a gift, the bike symbolizes the close partnership between two Belgian companies that have been working together to make cyclists faster for years.
Located just a few kilometres apart in Beringen and Tessenderlo, Belgian Cycling Factory and Bioracer have been connected for much longer than most people realise. Long before Ridley became an internationally renowned bicycle brand, Belgian Cycling Factory CEO Jochim Aerts founded Race Productions in his parents' garage, where he gained valuable experience in frame building and painting bicycles for Bioracer. Those early collaborations laid the foundations for a relationship that has continued to grow ever since.
Today, that collaboration extends far beyond its origins. Bioracer has developed the cycling apparel for Ridley's Tomorrowland collection, regularly uses the Aero Performance Lab for aerodynamic research and development, while employees from both companies frequently come together for social rides. Different expertise. One shared ambition: helping cyclists perform at their very best through Belgian innovation.

Stefan Venken recently succeeded Danny Segers as CEO of Bioracer after serving as the company's Marketing & Business Development Director. Having played a key role in shaping Bioracer's long-term strategy, he now leads one of Belgium's best-known cycling brands into its next chapter.
To mark the occasion, Belgian Cycling Factory created a truly unique Ridley Noah Fast exclusively for Venken. The bike received an exclusive finish from Belgian Cycling Factory's in-house paint shop in Beringen, resulting in a one-off design that reflects both Venken's personality and the close relationship between Belgian Cycling Factory and Bioracer.
A partnership built on Belgian innovation
Later that evening, more than 30 employees from Belgian Cycling Factory and Bioracer, including Stefan Venken, headed out for a social ride through Bosland, passing both company headquarters along the route. The evening concluded with an informal pizza dinner, giving colleagues from both companies the opportunity to connect after an enjoyable ride through one of Limburg's most beautiful cycling regions.
The ride perfectly reflected what connects both companies: a shared passion for cycling, innovation and performance. From the very first frames painted for Bioracer more than three decades ago to today's collaboration on apparel, aerodynamic research and product development, Belgian Cycling Factory and Bioracer continue to demonstrate how Belgian innovation, craftsmanship and a shared passion for cycling can take riders further—together.
