Our Customer Service department relies on Würth's maintenance products, tools and workshop equipment every day. Even beyond production, Würth has become part of our daily operations. Their toolboxes regularly accompany our marketing team during product photoshoots and technical projects—a small detail that perfectly illustrates how closely the partnership is woven into our organisation.

Smart Inventory Management

A key step in the partnership has been the installation of two Würth ORSY vending systems inside the factory. These intelligent inventory cabinets provide employees with fast access to everyday consumables such as adhesives, gloves, abrasives and other essential workshop supplies.

The system automatically monitors stock levels while ensuring employees always have the right materials available. At the same time, it significantly reduces administrative work for both the supply chain team and production leaders. Careful preparation behind the scenes—including product selection, employee access management and inventory planning—ensures the system operates efficiently every day.

The ORSY vending systems also contribute to the visitor experience. Every year, thousands of guests take part in our Factory of Dreams tours. Alongside the bicycle production process, they discover how smart inventory management and efficient workshop organisation help create a modern manufacturing environment. It also gives Würth the opportunity to demonstrate how its solutions perform in a real production setting.

Visitors can combine business with experiences such as road or gravel rides, e-bike tours, track cycling at Zolder Velodrome, professional bike fitting sessions or even wind tunnel testing.
