This spring marked an important milestone for Belgian Cycling Factory, as the very first edition of our company newspaper rolled off the press. The publication, named Framework, is distributed to all our dealers and employees and represents a new step forward in how we communicate as a company.

As a family business, we have always believed that our strength lies not only in the bikes we build, but in the people behind them. With Framework, we aim to bring those stories to life, offering a closer look at the individuals, ideas and processes that shape Belgian Cycling Factory every day.

The first edition sets the tone with a series of in-depth stories and insights. Russell Merry, Global General Manager of Nukeproof, shares his vision on rebuilding the iconic brand and reconnecting it with dealers worldwide, while Kenneth Vandendriessche provides a unique perspective on how Ridley is expanding its triathlon ambitions through the Pure Speed ecosystem.

Beyond these interviews, Framework dives into what lies ahead. Readers discover upcoming product developments, including the recently launched Antwerp from Aeres and a first glimpse of what’s next for Eddy Merckx, all reflecting our continuous focus on innovation, performance and design.

A look behind the scenes

At the same time, the magazine opens the doors of Belgian Cycling Factory itself. From sustainability initiatives like solar-powered production and water-based paint systems to smart improvements on the factory floor, Framework shows how even small changes can have a meaningful impact. It also highlights how we support our dealers, not just with products, but with tools, services and experiences that strengthen their position in the market.

What makes Framework truly different is its purpose. It is more than a company magazine: it is a reflection of how we see our role as a partner. In an industry where differentiation matters more than ever, this publication underlines our commitment to putting dealers first and building long-term relationships.

Because just like in cycling, success is never achieved alone. It is the result of teamwork, trust and a shared passion. At Belgian Cycling Factory, that same mindset drives everything we do... on and off the bike.
