Belgian Cycling Factory looks back on a very successful participation at this year’s Copenhagen Bike Show, one of the most important cycling events in the Nordic region. With strong visitor numbers, high-quality conversations with both consumers and industry professionals, and an energetic brand activation, the event proved to be an excellent platform to strengthen our presence in the Scandinavian market.

At the show, Belgian Cycling Factory created an attractive stage for its four brands — Ridley, Eddy Merckx, Nukeproof and Aeres — welcoming visitors from across Denmark and the wider Nordic region.

High-Energy Activation with FAXE Kondi

One of the highlights of the weekend was our activation in collaboration with Danish brand FAXE Kondi, part of Royal Unibrew. Visitors were invited to photograph their favourite Ridley bike and share it on Instagram while tagging both brands. The activation generated strong engagement, with many visitors participating and FAXE Kondi amplifying the content across their own channels.

Combined with the sports and energy drinks available at the stand, the activation created a lively atmosphere and strengthened the connection between the Ridley brand and the Danish cycling community.

Record Visitor Numbers

The event itself reached a new milestone this year, attracting a record number of cycling enthusiasts. Across the two-day show, more than 12,000 visitors passed through the halls of the Copenhagen Bike Show, with particularly strong attendance on Saturday. This high level of traffic translated into strong interest in our bikes and many valuable conversations with both consumers and industry professionals.

Building Momentum in the Nordic Market

Trade shows like Copenhagen Bike Show play an important role in building long-term brand awareness in the Nordic cycling market. By combining strong product presentation with engaging activations and meaningful dealer conversations, Belgian Cycling Factory continues to expand its visibility in the region.

With the next edition already scheduled for March 6–7, 2027, we look forward to building on this momentum and further strengthening our presence in Scandinavia.
