The best partnerships are built on two wheels

Last Thursday evening, colleagues from Belgian Cycling Factory and Bioracer clipped in for another social ride. Starting from Bioracer's headquarters in Tessenderlo, the group covered around 75 kilometres through the Limburg countryside before returning for pizza, refreshing drinks and plenty of conversations off the bike.

Before the start, Bioracer founder Raymond Vanstraelen stopped by to say hello and wish the group a great ride. Moments later, newly appointed CEO Stefan Venken rolled out on his brand-new custom Ridley Noah Fast for the very first time, making it one of the highlights of the evening.

For us, this wasn't just another Thursday evening ride. At Belgian Cycling Factory, we believe the strongest partnerships aren't built only in meeting rooms. They grow through shared experiences. A ride together creates conversations that simply don't happen around a conference table. New ideas emerge during a climb, experiences are exchanged over a coffee stop, and colleagues and partners get to know each other in a completely different way. That's why evenings like these are so valuable to us.

This was already the second social ride we organised together with Bioracer this year. Earlier this season, we welcomed their team to our headquarters in Beringen. Last Thursday, they returned the favour by hosting us in Tessenderlo.

It's no coincidence that these rides feel so natural. Within just a few kilometres of each other you'll find a bicycle manufacturer, a cycling apparel specialist, Circuit Zolder and the Limburg Velodrome. West Limburg truly breathes cycling, making it the perfect backdrop for bringing local cycling companies together.

One peloton, many brands

The ride also brought together colleagues from across Belgian Cycling Factory. Although we work with different brands every day, we're ultimately one team with one shared passion.

That idea is reflected in the custom black jersey we developed together with Bioracer. Designed by Alan Lacante, the jersey features every brand within the Belgian Cycling Factory portfolio, complemented by several taglines that capture our shared DNA. It has become the jersey we proudly wear during our company rides—a reminder that, although we represent different brands, we're all riding in the same direction.

Why these rides matter

Cycling has always been at the heart of Belgian Cycling Factory. It only makes sense that we experience it together as well. These rides strengthen relationships with our partners, bring colleagues closer together and remind us why we all chose to work in the cycling industry. The kilometres are enjoyable, but it's the conversations, shared efforts and friendships that make these evenings truly worthwhile.

Last Thursday's ride was another great example of that. And if there's one thing we're certain of, it's that this won't be the last time we ride together.
